Very Berry Smoothie Bowl 3

Four Very Bare Berries Smoothie Bowl (Gluten Free, Vegan)

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Nudefruit four very bare berries
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tbsp hemp
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 5 ice cubes

Toppings
Granola
Mixed berries
Coconut flakes
Chopped almonds
Dollop of coconut yogurt

Studies have shown that consuming soluble fiber slows down the movement of food through your digestive tract, leading to reduced hunger and increased feelings of fullness. Helping to manage blood sugar control and weight loss.

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender or a vitamix.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into your favorite smoothie bowl and top with granola, mixed berries, coconut flakes, coconut yogurt and chopped almonds.
