Open a bag of Nudefruit Very Bare Berries and separate ½ cup of each fruit (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackberries)
Layer 1
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ½ cup raspberries
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 date
Layer 2
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ½ cup strawberries
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 date
Layer 3
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 date
Layer 4
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- ½ cup blackberries
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 date
These healthy smoothie popsicles are packed full of antioxidants and electrolytes to help give you a boost of energy after a day in the sun or a vigorous workout These popsicles are layered with a fun berry ombre effect!
Get your popsicles moulds ready.
Start with layer one and blend the ingredients together. Pour into the popsicle moulds ¼ of the way up. Pop into the freezer for 1 hour.
Continue with layer 2 and fill to the ½ way mark on the moulds. Insert the popsicle sticks at this time. Freeze again for another hour
Continue with layer 3 and fill ¾ of the way up the moulds. Adjust the sticks if needed. Freeze for another hour.
Lastly add layer 4 and freeze fully for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Tip: to get the popsicles out of the moulds, dip the bottom in hot water for a few seconds to pull out.
