Ingredients
600g Nudefruit sliced Peaches
¼ Cup Butter
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Ground Ginger
1L Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
¼ cup Pecans or Walnuts toasted (optional)
¼ cup whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
Serves 4 – 6
- Melt butter in a heavy skillet over a medium heat
- Add brown sugar stir to blend
- Add Vanilla, nutmeg, Cinnamon and ground ginger, stir until blended, approximately 1 minute
- Add the peaches, and toss lightly to coat. Cook until the sugar is dissolved and the peaches have softened but are not falling apart 5 -7 minutes
- Put 2 scoops of ice cream in each bowl
- Spoon the spicy peach mixture over the ice cream
- If used garnish with toasted nuts and whipped cream
