- 1 cup Nudefruit ravishing raspberries
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
Did you know that there are over 200 species of raspberries, all belonging to the scientific genus called Rubus which belong to the rose (Rosaceae) family of plants. Raspberries are also an aggregate fruit which means they are composed of many small individual fruits. Those small individual fruits are the little juicy spheres that make up the structure of the raspberry and each one has its own seed.
In a blender, add the raspberries, almond milk, cinnamon, almond extract and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
In a jar or bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, and stir in the blended raspberry mixture.
Mix until well combined and all the oats are covered in liquid. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning: Top with almond butter, sunflower seeds and hemp and stir just slightly so that you can see the swirls.
