- 4 cups frozen raspberries
- 1½ cups warm water
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- Handful fresh mint
It’s been a hot start to the summer! Cool down with this refreshing raspberry mint sorbet. This bursting with flavour sorbet contains electrolytes, antioxidants and phytonutrients to help keep you hydrated and nourished.
Great for an afternoon snack or dessert.
Place the raspberries, water, maple syrup and lemon juice in a food processor and process until combined. Pour into a loaf pan and freeze for 3 hours or until set.
Cut the sorbet into squares and place in a food processor and process until smooth.
Add the mint and process until the mint is combined. Return the sorbet to the freezer for 1 hour or until ready to serve.
