Ingredients
Topping
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup cold butter
1 bag nudefruit 4 very bare berries, frozen
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp packed brown sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400oF (200oC) and lightly grease a 2L (approx. 8”-9”) baking dish
- Prepare the topping. In a medium bowl combine flour, brown sugar and oats. Cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs
- Place the contents of the bag of nudefruit 4 very bare berries into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with flour and if using sugar. Toss lightly to evenly coat berries
- Bake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes or until the topping is crisp and golden. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with a scoop of Ice cream, or a spoonful of whipped topping. Crisp is also great served cold if preferred.
This recipe works equally as well with any one of our other nudefruit varieties – wild and crazy blueberries or blushing strawberries
